Human Resources Generalist

Provides human resource support for the facility.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Two years' experience in multiple functional areas of human resources required. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
• Other:
  Demonstrate knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.
