We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR/Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll processing and human resources functions. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing employee records, and supporting the company’s HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and people-focused, with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract workers
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of wages, deductions, benefits, and taxes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Manage year-end tax forms and coordinate with accounting
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries

• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist with employee relations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
