The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering a broad range of HR programs and services, including employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, compliance, performance management, leaves of absence, training and development, and HR operations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions that support business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The Human Resources Manager must demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and leadership while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
This position is located onsite in Henderson, NV, where the organization is headquartered.
Essential Job Functions- Serve as a trusted HR business partner to department leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, learning & development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies that strengthen employee engagement, enhance retention, and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Coach managers on employee performance, talent development, disciplinary actions, and best practices for managing teams.
- Oversee employee benefits and compensation administration, including compensation analysis and due diligence for hiring, promotions, and organizational changes, while serving as an escalation point for complex employee matters.
- Manage leave administration processes, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and other leave programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommend policy updates as needed.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs on compliance, leadership development, performance management, workplace conduct, and other HR-related topics, serving as a subject matter expert on performance management practices and processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends and provide recommendations to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Lead HR process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a positive and seamless experience for new hires, including required training and compliance activities.
- Manage unemployment claims, employment verification requests, and other employment-related administrative processes.
- Oversee HR audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records, HRIS data, and required documentation.
- Review and approve employee data changes within ADP Workforce Now and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership.
- Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports and workforce data to leadership as needed.
- Supervise and mentor HR employees, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
