LPi is looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy Customer Service professional who thrives in a print production environment and has a strong aptitude for database processing, file management, and digital publishing tools.
In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our customers, guiding them through the publication and printing process from start to finish, while making sure their materials are accurate, on time, and production ready.
As a Print & Digital Production Support Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our customers and our printing operation.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient support via phone and email related to publication creation, file submission, printing, and delivery.
- Train and support customers on desktop publishing tools and file transmission processes.
- Review, monitor, and manage incoming publication files to ensure they meet print and production standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot file, formatting, and transmission issues, and clearly explain solutions to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records, database information, and call logs with accuracy.
- Run and interpret reports related to file status, invoicing, deadlines, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with printing and shipping teams to manage deadlines, reprints, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with shipping changes, contact updates, and service requests.
- Conduct welcome calls with new customers and verify account information.
- Provide pricing and lead-time information for printed products.
- Create and update customer training materials.
- Proactively follow up on late or missing files.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or aptitude in working with databases, file processing systems, or structured digital platforms.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software:
- MS Publisher
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and document management tools.
- Comfort working in Windows environments (Mac experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to learn new software and technical processes quickly.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, production-oriented environment.
- Hourly pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
