Advantixx Insurance is an independently owned and operated Farmers agency serving individuals, families, and businesses from our Henderson, Nevada office. Our team provides personal, commercial, life, and related insurance solutions through responsive service, disciplined follow-through, and ethical, compliant advice.

Employment is with Advantixx Insurance and is separate from employment with Farmers Insurance Exchange or its affiliates.

Advantixx Insurance is seeking a professional, service-minded producer to develop personal-lines business and help clients make informed coverage decisions.

• Respond promptly to agency leads and develop additional opportunities through referrals and approved prospecting.
• Assess customer needs and present Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and related coverage options within applicable licensing, appointment, carrier, and agency authority.
• Prepare accurate quotes, applications, disclosures, and CRM documentation.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, complete timely follow-up, and support retention and responsible cross-selling.
• Protect customer information and comply with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and applicable insurance laws.

• Active Nevada Property and Casualty producer license preferred. Any unlicensed hire must complete required licensing before performing regulated activities.
• Sales or customer-service experience with strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Professional judgment, integrity, coachability, and comfort using CRM and quoting systems.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability is valued but not required unless stated in the job title.

• Full-time W-2 employment; compensation is based on experience and the written offer.
• Commission or incentive eligibility, if offered, is governed by the applicable written compensation plan.
• Eligible employees may receive PTO, paid holidays, training, and benefits subject to plan terms.

A producer license alone does not authorize representation of every carrier or product. The employee may not bind coverage or conduct regulated activity except within current licensing, carrier appointment, and written agency authority.
