Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in one or more US states, preferably Florida, Louisiana, or Texas 8 to 10 years of legal experience, ideally in commercial or contract law Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines Preferred undergraduate degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science Experience in engineering, environmental consulting, or construction fields is preferred
