Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and vendor contracts Support internal teams with legal inquiries and compliance initiatives Improve legal operations by enhancing contract workflows and document management
Required Qualifications:
JD and bar admission in good standing (any U.S. state) 6+ years of legal experience with a focus on SaaS contracts Strong understanding of liability, indemnity, IP, and data privacy issues Familiarity with ISO 27001 and its implications on contracts Proficient with Mac Book, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
