Project Coordinator

Lane Valente Industries is a Retail, Construction, Facilities Maintenance and Project Management Company, is looking for a highly motivated, responsible candidate for a full-time position. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, experience in Facilities Maintenance Construction, Project Coordinating and the ability to work within a team environment. They will need to be highly dependable and have night/weekend flexibility with their schedule to meet the various needs of the department.

Job responsibilities include answering incoming calls, initiating/dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors and ordering materials, running reports on open work orders/projects, follow up on all service requests, data entry, purchase order processing and management of commercial construction projects. A strong customer service background is required with the ability to multi-task. Understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects is required. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Sourcing Vendors Nationwide for projects Budgeting, billing & Accounting Strong personality who can work well under pressure and with others in a fast-paced work environment.

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
