Job Summary:

We are seeking an Order Management Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Henderson, NV. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative and order processing professional who enjoys supporting corporate customers, coordinating shipments, resolving order issues, and helping ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

The Order Management Analyst will work closely with sales, inventory, logistics, production, shipping, warehouses, carriers, brokers, and customers to keep orders moving efficiently. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable manufacturing-related environment where teamwork, communication, problem solving, and customer service are valued. • Process customer orders, invoices, purchase orders, and updates while maintaining accurate customer and order information in the ERP system.
• Coordinate order scheduling and product shipments from distribution centers and warehouses to support timely and cost-effective fulfillment.
• Monitor bills of lading, tally sheets, shipment status, and delivery timelines to ensure order accuracy and completion.
• Research, trace, and resolve order, shipping, carrier, broker, warehouse, and customer service issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipping dates, anticipated delays, special labeling requirements, and other order-related updates.
• Support delinquent account research, payment discrepancy resolution, end-of-season merchandise return invoices, and accounts receivable tasks as needed.
