ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an Project Manager – Inventory Control in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. The Project Manager – Inventory Control is responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen inventory governance, improve inventory accuracy, ensure financial compliance, and optimize working capital performance.

This role drives standardization of inventory control processes across sites, enhances ERP system integrity, and ensures alignment between Operations, Finance, and Planning. The position is fully onsite, weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.

• Lead end‑to‑end inventory control and improvement projects
• Define scope, milestones, KPIs, and governance structure
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and accountability

• Oversee cycle count programs and physical inventory processes
• Monitor inventory accuracy and variance trends
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans
• Standardize inventory control policies and SOPs

• Ensure proper reconciliation between the inventory sub‑ledger and General Ledger
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX where applicable)
• Manage write‑offs and provisioning governance

• Improve ERP inventory configurations (min/max, safety stock, master data integrity)
• Lead automation and reporting improvements
• Enhance KPI dashboards and performance tracking
• Drive and partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) within the Inventory Control function

• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Planning, Finance, and IT teams
• Facilitate governance meetings and performance reviews
• Lead training and change management initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in Inventory Controls, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Deep understanding of inventory accounting principles
