Position
Property Caretaker – Light Maintenance
Company OverviewAccessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
LocationHenderson, NV (two apartment buildings)
Salary and BenefitsPayment: $19 per hour
- 3 weeks paid time off in first year

- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
- Perform duties related to unit turnovers
- Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
- Implement required unit and building inspections
- Perform routine errands
- Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
- Ability to work independently
- Effective communication orally and in writing
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm
