As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre‑employment background & drug tests)

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, be comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerate conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

• Operate specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet‑jacks
• Receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• MIA – investigate items that are missing and report on inventory discrepancies
• QC – verify variances for quality control
• Lost & Found Investigator – cycle count and investigate lost product resulting from the cycle count process
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times
