We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Bristol at Sunset Apartments in Henderson, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls, and more.

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during the performance of their duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on‑call rotation.
