Roseman University of Health Sciences is seeking a visionary enrollment leader to serve as Assistant Vice President for Recruitment and Admissions (AVP). The Role at a Glance
Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the AVP provides strategic and operational leadership for centralized recruitment across all colleges and oversees centralized admissions operations for the College of Pharmacy and the College of Nursing. You will partner closely with academic leadership, marketing, and student affairs to drive enrollment outcomes aligned with Roseman’s institutional mission and growth priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Set University-Wide Recruitment Strategy
Lead and align centralized recruitment efforts across all colleges to attract a diverse, highly qualified applicant pool. - Oversee Admissions Operations
Direct centralized admissions for the College of Pharmacy and College of Nursing, ensuring efficient, student-focused, and compliant processes. - Partner Across Campus
Collaborate with academic leaders, marketing, and student affairs to develop and execute enrollment strategies that support institutional goals. - Leverage Data for Impact
Use Enrollment CRM platforms and analytics to track pipeline performance, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions. - Champion Continuous Improvement
Drive process enhancements through assessment, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. - Lead and Develop Teams
Mentor and support enrollment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth. - Ensure Compliance & Integrity
Maintain adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards while promoting ethical recruitment practices. - Represent Roseman Externally
Serve as a visible ambassador at professional conferences, recruitment events, and community partnerships.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Doctorate preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in higher education enrollment management, including 3+ years in senior leadership;
Health sciences or clinical admissions preferred. - Experience leading centralized recruitment and admissions operations across multiple programs or colleges
- Strong people leadership, strategic planning, and change management capabilities
- Proficiency with Enrollment CRM systems and data analytics
- Comprehensive knowledge of admissions compliance and ethical recruitment practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
