We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Maintenance & Shutdowns to elevate our capability and lead high‑performing teams across multiple sites and industries.

This senior leadership role oversees Civmec’s Maintenance Division, driving strategy, performance, and operational delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will lead multidisciplinary shutdown and maintenance teams, optimise execution capability, and ensure our operations consistently deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality outcomes.

• Develop and execute a strong maintenance and shutdown strategy aligned with Civmec’s business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and empower teams across multiple sites and business units
• Champion safety, environmental compliance, and quality excellence
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning for complex operations
• Strengthen systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance performance
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and major clients

You’re a proven operational leader with deep experience in maintenance, shutdowns, or large‑scale industrial environments. You bring commercial insight, a practical mindset, and a commitment to delivering results safely and efficiently.

• Extensive leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or shutdown operations
• A track record of leading large, diverse teamsi>
• Strong communication, planning, and problem‑solving capability
