We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the operations of a high-profile private residence that also functions as a business headquarters. The ideal candidate has experience in UHNW households, estate management, or luxury hospitality operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of a 15,000+ sq ft private residence
- Manage vendors, contractors, and preventative maintenance
- Oversee inventory systems, high-volume package intake, and storage coordination
- Maintain organization standards across personal and business-related assets
- Prepare and organize luggage for travel, including wardrobe selection and equipment packing
- Maintain organization of travel gear between trips
- Ensure seamless household flow during principal presence and travel
- Estate Manager or senior-level House Manager background
- Strong operational leadership skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable operating independently
- Discreet and security-conscious
- Comfortable working within an active family household environment
Compensation commensurate with experience.
