- Ability to close customers
- Oversees CRM usage and ensure proper follow up processes
- Ensure Compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
- 3 + years of automotive sales management
- Experience desking deals and structuring financing
- Finance experience is a must
- Positive attitude, high professionalism and great customer service
- Proficiancy with dealership management software and CRM systems
- Valid Drivers license
