About the role

Reporting to the Procurement and Inbound Logistics Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Dry Store operations on site — leading inwards goods, storage, and internal distribution.

You’ll play a key role in connecting planning, procurement, and operations to ensure the right materials are available at the right time — at the best possible cost. Your leadership will directly influence performance, efficiency, and product availability across the site.

This is more than a warehouse role — it’s a strategic leadership position where you can bring fresh ideas, strengthen processes, and build a motivated, high-performing team.

What Your Day Will Comprise Of

Warehousing :

• Lead a safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehousing function.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and system integrity.
• Partner with technical, planning, and production teams to reduce waste and manage short-dated stock.
• Manage supplier non-conformance processes (SCAR) and drive timely resolution.

Leadership & Team Development :

• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to perform at their best.
• Drive accountability and high standards of behaviour.
• Lead performance management processes in partnership with People & Culture
• Ensure all Quality and Food Safety standards are met and audit ready.
• Champion and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

Health & Safety :

• Proactively identify and manage risks.
• Embed a strong safety culture and see issues through to resolution.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role (FMCG or perishable goods environment highly regarded)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with MRP systems (INFOR M3 or similar advantageous)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Solid understanding of EH&S and Food Safety standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and performance.
