Position Overview

Allegiant Stadium Tours is a premier, five-star rated attraction in Las Vegas, offering guests exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to one of the most iconic venues in sports and entertainment. Welcoming over one million visitors each year, the tour program plays a critical role in delivering world-class hospitality, strengthening brand affinity, and driving revenue through exceptional guest experiences. The operation blends operational excellence, engaging storytelling, and cultural authenticity, serving as a high-visibility touchpoint between fans, the organization, and the broader community.

LV Stadium Events Company “Stad Co” is seeking a committed, organized, and passionate seasoned Director to manage Allegiant Stadium Tours. The Director of Operations is a leader responsible for the overall business performance and operations of the Tours program. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the creation and execution of the strategy for Allegiant Stadium Tours, driving revenue growth and maximizing commercial opportunities.

The Director is accountable for the tour program’s Profit and Loss performance, and overall guest experience. Qualified candidates should have extensive experience and a proven track record of success in managing operations, leading hospitality and tourist attractions, and event organization and management of day-to-day programming for multi-million-dollar businesses.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead, train, and mentor associates to foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on growing a profitable business and optimizing guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with the SVP of Marketing, while serving as the connective tissue between The Las Vegas Raiders HQ teams, and on-the-ground execution
  • Partner with Revenue Planning & Analytics and Finance to drive margin discipline and cost optimization
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identify trends, and proactively adjust strategy to improve performance
  • Drive on-site spends through upselling, F&B, retail, and add-on programming
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to drive innovation, generate sales, and enhance product offering
  • Support ROI and revenue tracking across all direct marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the team on a competitive marketing strategy and build an effective marketing funnel enabling repeatable, predictable revenue growth with adherence to best-in-class league standards
  • Communicate, strategize, and influence cross-functionally while prioritizing growth opportunities
  • Lead, inspire, manage, and mentor direct reports to maximize their individual potential and professional growth, as well as ability to function effectively as a team
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability
  • Regularly examine all conditions of the guest experience to identify and address areas of opportunity and improvement

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, management, marketing, or sales preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business administration, attraction operations, or management roles
  • P&L mastery including revenue, labor, COGS, and expense management
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, and attractions a must
  • Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, enthusiastic, and passionate
  • Experience in a leadership role. Ability to manage a team of 20+ people
  • Strong strategic thinker and self-starter
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exemplary professionalism, teamwork, performance, and collaborative behavior
  • Ability to cultivate long term relationships with partners, 3rd party vendors, the community, and internal teams
  • Superior follow-through with a high-level of accountability for assigned tasks
  • Proficiency at prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities while exceeding expectations
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and KORE
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • This schedule requires nights and weekends
  • Fluency in a second language a plus
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
