Job Description Responsibilities- Audits production inspecting Finished Good items compared to drawings to ensure they match and meet the company s standards
- Under guidance of the QC Lead, assist in mechanical inspection as required (Dailys, light transmission, top load testing, etc.)
- Documents inspections and findings using different manufacturing databases. (JDE, Cpro, Shopfloor-Online, QSi, GDC and OnBase)
- Completes Batch Record Review and closes work orders in a timely basis
- Collects and ensures Pre Delivery samples are completed
- Completes Process internal audits ISO or SQF - documents findings in QSi or Cpro Database
- Accuracy and attention to detail during the inspection of incoming items.
- Ability to efficiently inspect a high volume of items in a short period of time. Ensure the proper release of items. Organization and ability to prioritize.
- Utilize all resources to effectively ensure safe inspection of items. (Visual, Aesthetics, dimensions, continuity, and function.)
- Complete and file all the information collected during inspection of any product and relay the information to management. Update inspection forms and testing procedures.
- Has a good understanding and follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Aid other departments, as needed, to find solutions to any issues presented at that time.
- Has a good understanding of IBM, EBM, SBM, and Decorating process
- Understands and effectively demonstrates use of AQL sampling.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
