Summary:
Operator 1 role. Must be willing to relocate to Henderson, NV in January 2027. Salary range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities- Operate CNC or manual machines under supervision.
- Follow safety requirements within the department.
- Follow daily and weekly production schedules.
- Read and follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).
- Identify basic diameters and dimensions on blueprints.
- Load and unload parts correctly.
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.
- Maintain machines (oil, coolant, filters, cleanliness).
- Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and mobile straddle stackers.
- Report any damage to a supervisor or manager.
- Follow instructions, procedures, and escalate issues impacting workflow or quality.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity and adhere to rules, procedures, and policies.
This job does not have any supervisory activities.

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); 1-3 months related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and safety rules in English.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent; and interpret graphs.
- Must be able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written, oral, and diagram instructions; deal with problems in standardized situations.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a general office or engineering lab environment and around machining or production areas. Noise level is typically loud. Employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, hazardous chemicals or fumes, outside weather conditions, and electrical hazards in certain contexts.
