Job Description
Primary responsibility is to verify the quality of product being produced by visually inspecting product for defects and packaging them at press as they are produced. All tasks must be performed safely and in compliance with all safety and GMP policies.
After checking product for defects, you package the product into storage packaging. This involves reading production instructions for quantity and configurations of how to package properly directly onto pallets at your machine. The job requires standing, walking, reaching and lifting boxes of up to thirty‑five pounds repetitively during an 12‑hour shift. The process moves at a fast pace and is best suited for those who like to keep busy and avoid sedentary tasks.
You will perform tasks that require both teamwork and independent work (great coworkers!).
B Shift – Night Shift 5:30pm – 6:00am.
Pay Rate
: $18.77 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential.
- Visual product quality inspection for defects.
- Packaging product according to production instructions.
- Reading and following quantity and configuration instructions for palletizing.
- Maintaining safety and GMP compliance.
- Operating packing machinery safely.
Minimum qualifications are not specified but include a willingness to work a 12‑hour night shift, physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly, and ability to follow written instructions.
