Verify that there is a part sample at the packer table of every machine that is running, and that any sample stacks are sufficiently identified, and are not held together with box tape.;
Coordinate with Mold Techs and QA to control and correct non-conforming product.;
Respond to QANs generated for non-conforming product with root cause and corrective action.;
Monitor abnormal machine conditions with Mold Techs (i.e. excessive oil leaks, mold slamming, excessive drooling of plastic) and correct the conditions, if possible.;
Schedule shift personnel and coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure coverage.
