Plant Manager

Executive Search Placement is partnering with a well-established Henderson, NV manufacturing facility who is in an exciting growth period and in search of a Plant Manager. Ideally, we are looking for experience in metals, minting, or fabrication. This is a senior on-site leadership role responsible for aligning plant performance with business objectives and driving a culture of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence.

Compensation: $120K+ DOE / Bonus/ 401K+ Contribution /Excellent Benefits Package + Company Perks

Requirements:

• 5- 10 years manufacturing experience in metals, minting or fabrication
• Senior Leadership Experience; developing and mentoring teams
• Experience owning a plant operating budget

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee 24/7 manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans meet customer demand, delivery targets, and inventory objectives across multiple shifts
• Own site-wide safety performance and regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture in a continuous-operation environment
• Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications,
  leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for safety, quality, or downtime events
• Build and develop a strong leadership team across all shifts, including succession planning, cross-training, and employee engagement initiatives
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, scrap, downtime, and cost per unit, while managing the plant operating budget
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and capital planning to support non-stop production
• Take ownership of labor costs, overtime management, and productivity/cost-reduction initiatives across the facility
