Volt is immediately hiring for Production Workers w/ Forklift in Henderson, NV.

As a Production Workers w/ Forklift, you will:

• Perform the following functions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Assist production operations with material handling and rework activities; capability level: basic to intermediate
• Inspect products for quality, dimensions, and compliance with specifications; capability level: intermediate
• Package manufactured products using wrapping equipment and materials; capability level: basic
• Follow detailed manufacturing instructions, processes, and procedures; capability level: intermediate
• Support supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and priorities; capability level: intermediate
• Identify and report quality, process, equipment, or material issues; capability level: intermediate
• Use basic problem-solving skills to maintain stable equipment operation; capability level: basic
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; capability level: basic
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; capability level: intermediate
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; capability level: intermediate
• Demonstrate flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime may be required

This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous forklift and/or production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in hot, heavy industrial environment conditions
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme heat conditions, up to 115°F
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to support communication in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment

• Must be physically capable of performing essential job duties

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour (DOE)
