Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials to departments using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Keep the production line moving from station to station in a timely manner.
• Label pallets with correct work order information.
• Ensure that the work area is organized, accessible, and safe.
• Maintain excellent attendance.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, time management.
• Inventory experience.
• Computer skills with MS Office or related database/spreadsheets software.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

• Lift and/or carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Move within the production area and occasionally climb stairs.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
• Hearing, speaking, and use of hands/fingers; repetitive motions for hands/wrists are frequent.
• Moderately loud noise levels in a plant environment.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Full-time

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
