ENTEK is excited to welcome a Machine Shop Production Supervisor to our Henderson, Nevada team. You’ll lead daily shop-floor production, ensure machines run efficiently, and support teams to meet safety, quality, and production targets during a night shift.
This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with maintenance and programming, and the ability to prioritize work, manage bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication across shifts.
