Olympus Group is seeking a Fabrication Team Lead in Las Vegas to oversee the day-to-day production in the fabrication work group and supervise four to five Fabrication Associates. This hands-on leadership role combines welding, work coordination, and team development to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
You will read blueprints, operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welders, and ensure quality and safety while coordinating with the Fabrication Director.
