Role OverviewWe’re seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Video Specialist
to join our Marketing Department onsite in Henderson, NV. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves digital storytelling, and can translate our mission into engaging posts and compelling video content.
You will report directly to the
Systems & Marketing Director
, collaborating closely on ideas, campaigns, and strategy. The goal of this role is to lean into social media even more — creating fresh, consistent, and impactful content that will
exponentially grow Crimson Heights’ digital presence
.
Applicants should be prepared to share 2–3 examples of past social media or video work (video samples strongly preferred).
Key Responsibilities- Develop, schedule, and publish content across
Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In - Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, staff spotlights, event recaps)
- Collaborate with the
Systems & Marketing Director on creative campaigns and brand growth strategies - Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas to keep Crimson Heights relevant and community-focused
- Manage community engagement (responding to comments/messages in brand voice)
- Track performance metrics and report on engagement trends
- Ensure all content aligns with Crimson Heights’ values, voice, and compliance standards
- Work with clinical and admin teams to spotlight services, staff, and community involvement
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Cap Cut, Canva)
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of platform-specific trends
- Knowledge of social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager is a plus)
- Ability to work onsite, collaborate directly with the
Systems & Marketing Director
, and meet deadlines - Bonus:
Experience in healthcare, education, or nonprofit marketing
