As our Marketing Specialist, you will be a hands-on contributor helping to bring our brand to life across content, digital channels, campaigns, and events. You will work closely with experienced teammates, gain exposure to the full marketing ecosystem, and play an active role in shaping how a 25-year-old brand continues to evolve with a modern voice and mindset.

Marketing SpecialistJob Duties (What You’ll Do):
- Execute marketing initiatives that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement in a B2B space.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a content calendar for blogs, Linked In, and email campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Own the company’s Linked In presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and leveraging platform features for brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Research and write compelling white papers, case studies, and other marketing collateral that showcase our products, services, and industry expertise.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and keyword performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Assist with the planning and execution of tradeshow exhibitions and related marketing efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed to support meeting team and organizational goals.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, with digital or inbound marketing experience preferred.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills. Writing samples will be requested.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and or CRMs is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO and paid media strategy.
- Proficiency with AI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.
- Experience with Word Press or similar CMSs.
- Knowledge of how and when to incorporate HTML coding.
