• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $275k plus bonus and incentives

• Lead the evolution of a digitally dominant, social‑first brand strategy that drives cultural relevance and measurable business growth
• Own and scale influencer, creator, and content ecosystems with a disciplined test‑and‑learn mindset
• Translate consumer insights, data, and emerging platform trends into clear strategic direction and high‑impact brand initiatives
• Oversee Creative and Social teams, evaluating structure and building a high‑performing, innovation‑focused organization
• Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure brand strategy aligns with long‑term enterprise growth objectives

• 15+ years of progressive brand and marketing leadership experience at enterprise scale
• Proven success modernizing established brands through digital, social, and influencer strategy
• Strong strategic instincts combined with the ability to operate in the details and execute with precision
• Experience leading integrated brand initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints and platforms
• Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, cruise, lifestyle, or other digitally forward consumer industries
