Vote Blue is seeking a Voter Contact Field Director in Henderson, NV to recruit, train, and lead a canvassing team focused on reproductive rights. The Field Director will train staff, set goals, and report on progress while building an office to scale from the ground up.
This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to equity and civic engagement. The position involves managing 40–60 hourly canvassers, canvassing personally several days weekly, and guiding staff toward campaign goals
