House Supervisor Nurse Admin; Nights

Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of total patient care services during his/her assigned shift.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate patient care across various units, ensuring high standards of service from admission to discharge. Oversee nursing staff, manage resources, and maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Shift: FULL TIME NIGHTS
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
• Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience and one (1) year Charge RN.
• Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patient.
