Optum NV is seeking a Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Henderson, NV. Optum is a clinician‑led care organization that changes the way clinicians work and live.

Urology Specialists of Nevada seeks a Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our practice includes adult patients. Our physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants work together as a team but manage their own patients.

Participate in general urology clinic, rounding in hospitals, assisting on call, and possibly assisting in the operating room. You will be on staff at all hospitals in the valley and soon to be part of five valley clinic locations.

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with an active and unrestricted license
• Ability to obtain appropriate licensure in Nevada and DEA license
• AANP, ANCC or NCCPA certification or ability to obtain
• Basic proficiency with computer and EMR
• Ability to qualify for standard malpractice coverage with limits of $1M/3M

• Prior experience in Urology

The salary range for this role is $ $, to $ $, annually based on full‑time employment. The salary range is defined as total cash compensation  actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
