As an LPN on our IV Certification team, you will be responsible for administering IV medications and fluids to our residents under the supervision of our medical team. You will also be involved in patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and providing direct patient care. Your expertise in IV therapy will enable you to provide life‑saving treatments and medications to our residents, ensuring their overall health and well‑being.

• Administer IV medications and fluids to residents under the supervision of our medical team
• Conduct patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and provide direct patient care
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
