• Span staffing optimization, budgeting, throughput, accreditation and regulatory readiness, and nurse-sensitive outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategy, resources, and results; partner with the Director of Women’s & Children’s Services and the CNO.

• Oversee implementation of perinatal safety bundles and interdisciplinary rounding.

The Maternal Child Health Nurse Manager reports to a Director of Women’s & Children’s Services and collaborates with the CNO to drive strategy, resources, and results. Robust support includes assistant nurse managers, a perinatal clinical nurse specialist/educator, lactation experts, scheduling resources, and strong ancillary teams. Priority metrics include NTSV cesarean reduction, obstetric hemorrhage and hypertension bundle reliability, sepsis readiness, and top-quartile patient experience.
