Travel Nurse Source is working with Sky Bridge Healthcare to find a qualified Psych RN in Elko, Nevada, 89801.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document with accuracy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- 1 year full-time RN Behavioral Psychology experience within the last 2 years.
- Active RN license for the state of Nevada (or compact licensure as applicable).
