Registered Nurse; RN

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As an RN with Signature HealthCARE, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care to patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and responding promptly to changes in status.

Utilizing evidence-based practices and sound clinical judgment, you will coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal clinical outcomes and enhance the overall well-being of residents and their families.

In this role, you will document all care and interventions accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and support residents through education, advocacy, and clear communication. You will provide guidance and direction to nursing assistants and support staff, participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary care conferences, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that align with Signature HealthCARE’s mission to revolutionize healthcare.
