Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, care partners, and other appropriate parties. Coordinates multidisciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal healthcare outcomes. Supports activities that align with facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Oversees and guides employees under supervision.

  Full time, varied.
• Education
  :
  Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum one year full time or three years part time acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficient in physical assessment of cardiovascular patients, knowledgeable in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, comfortable with 12‑lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias. Stress testing knowledge and experience preferred.
• License/Certification
  :
  Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
