• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 - $1,730 (Travel RN)

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room/ED nursing experience
• Peripheral IV skills required;
  Stroke, SEPSIS, and STEMI experience preferred
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑acuity acute care and emergency medicine settings
• Willingness to care for a diverse patient population (pediatric, adult, geriatric)
• Must be located at least 60 miles from Henderson to qualify as a travel candidate

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in the ED
• Assess, triage, and manage acute medical and trauma emergencies
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies; maintain peripheral IV access
• Participate in stroke, sepsis, and STEMI protocols as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, techs, case management) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the Paragon EHR system
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 (may surge to 1:5 as needed) while prioritizing patient safety
