Salary is $140,000–$150,000 with comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, 401(k), PTO, and relocation assistance. Applicants must be ACNM-accredited CNMs, Nevada licensure with DEA/prescriptive authority, and have ≥2 years CNM experience.
