LPN, Adult Medicine

Join a healthcare team as an LPN in adult medicine, focusing on patient care and clinical support.

• Collecting and documenting patient information such as vital signs, medications, allergies, and health risk assessments
• Administering drugs, treatments, and procedures as ordered within scope of practice
• Assisting with phone communication, monitoring patients with chronic conditions, and verifying extended care benefits
• Collaborating with providers and team members to coordinate patient care plans
• Supporting compliance with laboratory, medication, and clinic safety protocols
• Gathering medical data for case presentations and assisting coworkers as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Unrestricted NV LPN license (or temporary license with ability to obtain permanent license)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Preferred: 1+ years clinical experience, EMR proficiency, immunization skills, leadership experience, bilingual in English and Spanish
