Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred
- Two years of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by department
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
- Willing to float to multiple facilities as needed
- Leadership and supervision of healthcare staff
- Adherence to safety, quality standards, and service excellence
- Support patient-centered care delivery
- Maintain required certifications and licenses
