Role Overview
Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating professionalism and patient-centered care. Oversees and guides supervised staff to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Completion of a specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
- At least one year of acute care experience or successful specialty course completion within 6 months.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required by department.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care based on patient needs and standards.
- Provide professional leadership and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
- Promote a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence.
