About the Role:As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, including:

- Vital Sign Measurements: Taking and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
- Wound Care: Changing dressings and providing proper wound care
- ADL Support: Assisting with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
