Residential Lawn Specialist​/Aerator

Tru Green is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Specialist to work at our Henderson, Nevada location. The role focuses on delivering expert lawn treatments, diagnosing concerns, and building strong customer relationships.

• Apply fertilizers and weed control treatments with precision and safety.
• Diagnose lawn concerns and recommend expert solutions during visits and calls.
• Measure properties and provide accurate quotes for Tru Green services.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, customer instructions, and service notes.
• Drive to customer homes in a company vehicle and represent Tru Green with pride.
• Clean and inspect vehicles and equipment daily to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Upsell services to current customers during on-route interactions and calls.
• Contribute to facility upkeep as part of a team-oriented culture.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience in horticulture, landscaping, customer service, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for property measurements and product calculations.
• Attention to detail and reliable time management.
• Fluent English—speaking, reading, and writing.
• Physical presence required in the United States.

$27,669.00 – $58,865.00 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
