Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage departmental systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams;
Ensure guest service staff deliver a great customer experience and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas;
Ensure restaurant delivers high quality food, is safe, and that food cost is controlled; train kitchen staff on production procedures;
Hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate crew
