We are currently looking for entry-level, part-time retail sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

This position offers an hourly wage plus commissions based on productivity, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $3.23 per hour on top of the base rate.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively.
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete required training.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and physical activity.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy, POS system operation skills.
