C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and drive sales by greeting customers and promoting products and services; collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.;
Monitor and execute Enterprise Fulfillment tasks: pick and pack orders, ship-from-store and Buy Online Pickup in Store processes.;
Manage operations: investigate order shortages/overages, perform shipment check-in, organize stock area, process online orders at the register.;
Support general store operations: replenish inventory and participate in annual inventory processes.;
Meet performance standards related to shrink, safety, omnichannel performance, productivity, and attendance.
