• Develop and post delivery schedules
• Compile and organize receiving reports
• Verify merchandise counts
• Route merchandise to proper locations
• Pay expenses
• Receive merchandise and organize the receiving area
• Track and process claims by returning damaged goods
• Handle liquidation merchandise
• Maintain and clean the clearance area
• Utilize technology for reporting and documentation
• Maintain facility safety by following all standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions
• Follow forklift spotting procedures and handle hazardous materials disposal
• Follow company steel standard guidelines
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
• Carry out tasks and communicate progress
• Recommend ways to address improvement opportunities
• Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback
